Cancellation Policy

We accept order cancellations before the shipment. 

If you cancel your order, you will receive a full refund. 

Please note that we can't process cancellations once the product has been shipped.

Warranty Period

We provide a 3 month warranty that begins from the delivery date.

Quality Defects

During the warranty period, if you experience any quality issues due to manufacturing defects, we will resolve the situation by offering either a free replacement or a refund.

If you need additional accessories outside the warranty period, we will provide them to you at factory price. Please be aware that you will be responsible for both the cost of the accessories and the shipping charges. 

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not yet received your refund, please first contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted. Next, please contact your bank, as there is often a processing period before a refund appears in your account.
